15-04-2010: Beta Klinik offers TÜV-certified quality
Beta Klinik provides TÜV-certified quality. On 14 April, CEO Feridoon Sergizzarea and Kurt Lindenblatt of TÜV Intercert presented CEO Prof. Dr. Jürgen Reul, Deputy CEO Dr. Axel Jung and Quality Management Agent Brigitta May of Beta Klinik with the TÜV certificate. Beta Klinik now is certified in compliance with the internationally recognized quality standard DIN ISO 9001.

The DIN ISO 9001 certificate is given to clinics offering an audited high quality standard. Beta Klinik team has spended 9 month of extra work to establish a quality system which matches the ISO standard. Workflows, process sequences and quality guidelines have been introduced, optimized, written down in a handbook and published in Beta Klinik´s intranet. So everyone of the team can check them at any time. 'It was very important for us that the team lives the quality management. Only this way, we can steadily develop further and improve the quality for our patients as well as for the whole team and cooperation partners,' said Prof. Dr. Reul.
