Beta Check - Basis Check
The Basis Check comprises:
- Consultation with our doctors (about 30-60 minutes)
- Clinical examinations (neurologic-internistic-orthopedic)
- Laboratory blood test: Check profile with all necessary parameters concerning heart/circulation system, metabolism including tumor markers (e.g., comprehensive blood count, electrolytes, kidney and liver values, cholesterol, triglycerides, atherogenic index, LDL, HDL, blood sugar, thyroid values, ferritin, PSA, CA19-9, CEA and others)
- Resting ECG, exercise ECG and pulmonary function (please bring comfortable clothes/sports wear with you for the exercise ECG, if necessary)
- Total body MRI
- In case of a given medical indication: CT of lung and heart with Agatston Score for assessing the risk of a myocardial infarction
- Ultrasound examination of carotid arteries for evaluating the risk of an apoplectic stroke
- Ultrasound examination of the thyroid gland
- Detailed discussion of the results and medical advice with therapy recommendations
- Detailed medical reports including CD ROM
- Recommendations and check-up plan for the next years
