Beta Check- and Therapy
Depending on the result of the Beta Check, further mentoring, therapy recommendations and, if desired, referral to a therapy follows.
Details of the mentoring and therapy offerings:
Mentoring ABC
- Nutritional advice on eating and drinking habits, dietary supplement therapy etc.
- Exercise and fitness training
- Coaching – psychological mentoring to reduce and cope with stress and to shape one's life
- Drugs - medication, vitamins, dietary supplements, prophylaxis of osteoporosis, adjustment of blood pressure, migraine treatment, etc.
- Counseling for possibly required invasive therapy procedures (for example: ablation of gastric adenoids, vascular endoprotheses (stents), minimally invasive therapy of intervertebral discs, endoscopic interventions etc.)
General Service
- One-day compact examination
- Two-day Beta Check with overnight stay in an exclusive hotel or in the clinic
- Travel planning and organization
- Pickup service with a driver from the airport Cologne/Bonn, ICE train station Bonn/Siegburg or central station Cologne
- A written and bound result and mentoring plan with pictures as an addition to the extensive counselling interview at the end of the therapy

Chronological Modulation
- Initial Beta Check: complete, extensive examination
- After one year: base analysis, possibly supplemented with individual questions
- After two years: individually adjustend complete examination
- After three years: base analysis, possibly supplemented with individual questions
- After four years: individually adjusted complete examination
- After five years: base analysis, supplemented with a coloscopy
