zun\u00e4chst\u00a0<strong>neurologisch-orthop\u00e4disch untersucht<\/strong>\u00a0inklusive einer umfangreichen Anamneseerhebung. Im Anschluss daran werden h\u00e4ufig bildgebende Untersuchungen wie die<strong>\u00a0MRT\u00a0durchgef\u00fchrt<\/strong>. Hierbei platzieren Neurochirurgen ein Metalimplantat zwischen die Dornforts\u00e4tze der Wirbel und beseitigen so die Wirbelkanalstenose.<\/p><p>Bei der sogenannten <strong>Dekompression (Mikrolaminektomie)<\/strong>\u00a0werden die verdickten und hervorstehenden Knochen- und B\u00e4nderformationen entfernt unter Einsatz eines Operationsmikroskops und Mikrofr\u00e4sen.
