Laser dentistry

We work with a Dioden Laser in our practice. It is very soft on the tissue and consequently perfect for gentle treatments. For example, its use can avoid often-necessary stitches needed and wounds heal particularly quickly.

Because the intensity of the laser beam can be precisely set it is used in many areas of modern dentistry.

In our practice, we use the laser especially in areas of paradontology, implantology and root canal treatment. Further areas of treatment are the separation of labial frenulum, removal of gum proliferation or the laser treatment of hypersensitive cervical areas. In some cases, the use of laser treatment is the only possible form of treatment to keep a tooth.

Advantages of laser treatment for patients:

  • Fast
  • Gentle
  • Germ reducing
  • Better healing of the wound
  • Minimally invasive
